Two of the TV shows which have helped Bob to get a wider exposure on television were The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour and The Bob Newhart Show. In 1982, Newhart in association with Barry Kemp and the CBS, has launched another show entitled, Newhart. This show has been nominated for 3 Primetime Emmy Awards for the acting of Tom Poston. Other TV series include Bob, which was about a Cartoonist in the year 1992. In the year 1997, another TV series named George and Leo in the CBS.
