Sarah Louise Willingham was born on December 21, 1973 in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, United Kingdom. She attended the Cranfield University and French superieure de commerce de la Rochelle and also Oxford Brookes University.

Career
In the beginning of her career she worked as a restaurant manager. She managed several smaller restaurants and after a while she decided to go on her own. Sarah got in partnership with Clapham House Group.
In partnership with this company she bought The Bombay Bicycle Club, a chain of 6 restaurants. After taking over the management, Sarah managed to expand this restaurant chain to 17 restaurant chain, which is currently the largest Indian chain restaurant in Britain.
Three years later, Sarah decided to sell back the shares from the Bombay Bicycle Club back to The Clapham House Group and continued to work as a main board director. She manages three large brands including Tootsies, The Bombay Bicycle Club and The Real Greek. The chains employ around 1,500 people in all of the restaurants.
To expand her business more and to satisfy her investor cravings, she co-established the company Neutrahealth plc. In 2010 she made an investment to the London Cocktail Club. The investment proved to be successful and soon more bars opened around the U.K.
