Tiffany Pollard was born on January 6, 1982 in Utica, New York. Her parents are not married and she used surnames from both of her parents. She went to Thomas R. Proctor High School. As a child she always dreamed of becoming famous and acting was here first love.
TV career
To boost her acting career, Tiffany appeared for the first time in the first season of MTV’s show Flavor of Love. She competed for the heart of famous rapper Flavor Flav. The show aired in 2006 and shortly after she became the center of attention.
With her loud spoken persona and her tell-it-like-it-is manners, Tiffany earned the nickname New York that she still uses for her on screen appearances. She made many enemies on the show, and participated only to win.
She lost in the end but came back for the second season of the show, and lost again. Seems like her appearance was more than enough for producers to stay interested in New York and give her another chance to find love in her own show I Love New York.
Sequel of the show came in 2007 and New York goes to Hollywood spin off in 2008 and third part in 2010. In 2009 another spin off was made called New York Goes to Work.

She was engaged to Patrick “Tango” Hunter, who is actually the winner of the first season of the show I love New York. He called of the engagement on live TV.
Tiffany was later engaged to George “Tailor Made” Weisgerber but that engagement was called off as well. She is currently single and still looking for her perfect partner. Her mother caused a lot of controversy when she appeared on Flavor of Love show because she had a one of a kind personality to say the least.
Both Tiffany and her mother simply don’t take anything from anyone and they are not afraid to say anything out loud.
