Kathryn Bridget Moynahan was born on April 28, 1971 in Binghamton, New York. She has an Irish-American ancestry, as her mother is former teacher Mary Bridget and her father is Edward Bradley Moynahan, the scientist at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. They have, besides Bridget, two son – Andy and Sean.
Bridget grew up in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, where she graduated Longmeadow High School in 1989.
Personal life
Bridget has a couple relationships with famous people, such as a screenwriter Scott Rosenberg, director Joseph McGinty. She also has been in a three-year relationship with American football quarterback Tom Brady. They have a son – John Edward Thomas Moynahan.
Today, Bridget resides in Pacific Palisades, California and she is married to businessman Andrew Frankel.
Modeling career
Although she never follows and read model magazines, Bridget was pursuing the model career and first model work she has in department-store catalogs in Springfield.
When she was 18, she started to appear in well-known magazines such ah Vogue, Elle and Glamour. As Bridget was aware that modeling career can’t last for long, she began to do commercials. In addition, she takes acting classes at the Caymichael Patten Studio in New York.

Most commercial movie success she achieved in the sci-fi film I, Robot from 2004, which earned $347 million. She played Dr. Susan Calvin, an expert in robot psychology. Her partner in this movie was Will Smith.
Bridget has also series acting experiences. She took the role in the ABC drama Six Degrees ( 2006 ), where she played a public relations executive Whitney Crane. After the first season, the series is canceled. In 2010 she played lead role in the police drama series Blue Bloods.
She returned to the movie in the mystery thriller Unknown. One year later she co-staring with Heather Graham and Tom Cavanagh in the romantic comedy Gray Matters. In 2011 she starred in sci-fi Battle: Los Angeles.
