Milos Raonic is a well known tennis player of Canadian origin.

He was born in the year 1990, 27 December in Titograd in Yugoslavia, which is now named as Podgorica in Montenegro.

He is from the Serbian heritage. His parents were engineers. His father had a PhD in electrical engineering and his mother specialized in mechanical and computer engineering. He has one sister, Jelena and brother Momir.

He became interested in tennis at the age of 7 and used to attend camps at Bramalea Tennis Club, located in Brampton.

He was trained under the coach Steve Gibson. Later his family moved to Ontario where he practised under the guidance of Casey Curtis in the Blackmore Tennis Club which is located in Richmond Hill in Ontario.

In 12 years of age, he has participated in the junior event conducted by International Tennis Federation which was in the year 2003, October. At the age of 14, he has competed and won in the singles. His highest achievements in career include, Grand Slam in 2016, Wimbledon Championship.

He also has two Grand Slam finals in the year 2016 Australian Open and 2014 Wimbledon Championship.

He was ranked at number 4th position in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals in the year 2015, May 11.

He has also reached the finals of World Tour Masters 1000 three times which was conducted by Association of Tennis Professionals in Canadian Open on 2014, Indian Wells Masters in the year 2016 and Paris Masters in the year 2014.

After an injury during the 2011, Wimbledon, he started focusing on the welfare of physically disabled children.

During the time of injury, he was working as an analyst for Rogers Sportsnet in broadcasting for Canadian Open in the year 20111.  In 2012, he started the Milos Raonic Foundation which is open for both the kids and their parents.

They also supply prosthetic limbs to the disabled children and thus helping those children to move forward constantly with great determination and confidence. Four of Milo’s four favourite teams were The Toronto Raptorst, Toronto Blue Jays, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and FC Barcelona.
