Christina Tosi is a well known chef and a food writer as well as a television personality. She is the founder of Momofuku Milk Bar and is the master chef for the same.

The Momofuku Milk Bar is the sister concern of Momofuku group of restaurant. The Milk Bar contains a central bakery which manufactures products for 5 outlets in New York City and the 6th one is in Canada, located in Toronto. The seventh outlet was opened in Washington D.C on 2015 October.

The central bakery of the Milk Bar also supplies their products to the Momofuku restaurants as well as the products of them are being shipped the customers both national and international. They are also planning to open their 8th outlet in Las Vegas, Nevada.

She has been a part of the Master Chef by becoming the judge. The series is being telecasted on FOX and Christina has stepped into judging panel position in season 6. She also judges the Master Chef Junior which is in it’s fourth season.

Tosi was born in the year 1981 and is 34 years now. She was born in Ohio and was raised in Springfield in Virginia. Her father was an Italian and was an agricultural economist and her mother was an accountant.

She did her degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

She later moved to James Madison University and later to New York to pursue a course in Pastry arts Program, from French Culinary Institute. She started off with her jobs in wd50 and Bouley.

Later she met David Chang of Momofuku group and was asked to develop a food safety plan.  He was impressed with her talents and has employed her as the pastry chef.

Her first book Momofuku Milk Bar was written in 2011 October and this was under the publication of Clarkson Potter. The book lists the recipes of desserts which were served at the Momofuku Milk Bar. Milk Bar Life is her second book which came out to public under the publication of Random House in the year 2015, April.

She started to market her cookie mix through Williams-Sonoma in 2012.
