Early years
Paul McBeth was born in Huntington Beach, California, United States of America. The date of his birth is July 9th 1990.
There is no many information about his childhood. It is known that he showed interests for golf when he was a boy so he started to play this sport in the early years of his life. His father supported him in playing disc golf and he learned him how to play good that game.
Career development
Paul McBeth started to play disc golf in professional competitions in 2006 but he became professional golf player two years later. Same year (in 2008) he earned from his winnings almost $12 thousand and he also won the award “PDGA Male Rookie of the Year” .
He also was the winner of award “PDGA Male Player of the year” for three years consecutively – in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
In 2015 he gained a huge success on competitions. He was the winner of 19 from a total of 25 professional events. He was one of three best players in each competition and he had six strokes on average. He was the winner of all most important disc golf tournaments such as his first win on Grand Slam and his fourth win on “World title”. He even was the winner of USDGC and in the same time just third player who won the “World title” and USDGC in the same season.
Same year he took a first place on three Memorial Championship (NT) tournaments and he also was the winner of the “National tour” fourth year consecutively.
At the beginning of 2016 season McBeth continued with winnings. He won the B-Tier tournament in California and after that he was the winner of one more Memorial Championship and also of the first competition of Disc Golf World Tour (DGWT).
It seemed all good and that McBeth is in great shape like in season 2015 but then he lose on “Nick Hyde Memorial” tournament also known under name A-Tier. After that defeat he lose three more competitions – the “Konopiste Open”, the “Masters Cup” and the “Glass Blown Open” . Mc Beth justified his defeats with pain in his knee.
After that he took the third place on the “Beaver State Fling” and then twelth place on the one more Memorial Championship named “Vibram Open” and that was his worst success for three years.
He lose one more “European Masters” from Wysocki and after that he again was twelth place at the finish of Majestic. McBeth stopped his four years continuity in winning the “World title” since he also lost from Wysocki.
After those hard defeats Mc Beth was the winner of the “Ledgestone Insurance Open” and of “Brent Hambrick Memorial Open”. He took the second place at the “National Tour” which winner was Wysocki.
McBeth was fourth place at the “Green Mountain Championship” and he won the semifinals of “Tour Championship”. At the end of 2016 season he was on 20th place on USDGC. He gave $10 thousand from his earnings to his cousin who had to pay medical bills for treatments since he got injuries in a car accident.
In 2017 season McBeth compete in 24 competitions in total. He won the nine tournaments and he took second or third place in twelve events. He had just one great win at the European Open in Nokia company in Finland.
He was the winner of five competitions from March to May 2017 and he took second place on the two other events in the same period. He won the Glass Blown Open, the DGPT Memorial Championship, the Masters Cup and the Nick Hyde Memorial.
He quit from Discraft’s Green Mountain Championship because of pain in his back. In 2017 he earned almost $80 thousand.
In 2018 season he participated in 25 competitions in total. He was the winner of nine tournaments and he took second or third place in nine events also.
He earned almost $58 thousand in 2018.

Paul McBeth proposed his girlfriend named Hannah Croke on April 16th 2017. He posted a twit on his Twitter account that he is blessed because she accepted his proposal and he also post a photo of Hannah with engagement ring on her hand.
