Jimmy Butler is an American basketball player. He’s from Chicago Bulls of NBA.
He was born in the city of Houston, Texas and was brought up in Tomball, Texas. He played basketball for Tyler Jr. College and also for Marquette University.
In the year 2015 he was named as the most improved player of NBA. Bulls drafted him with the thirtieth overall pick in 2011.

He appeared in forty-two games all off the bench at the time of his lockout-shortened session for the reason that he achieved an average 2.6 points and 1.3 rebounds in every game in 2011- 2012.
In July, 2012, he joined Bulls for NBA Summer League and averaged 20.8 points, 2.0 assist and 6.5 rebounds in 4 games. In 2015, he re-signed with the Bulls to 5 years for a $95 million contract. There’s player option in the fifth year in the deal.
