Imanuel released his third track named ‘Seventeen’ which was a big SoundCloud hit as well as a hit on his YouTube and met the 1 million hits on both the platform.
Brian Imanuel set on his first ever U.S. tour in 2017 April. His next single, ‘Gospel’ was released in 2017, May where he collaborated with Keith Ape and XXXTentacion. This work was the first collaboration that Rich Chigga has with XXXTentacion. The song was first released in 88rising’s YouTube account. As of August 2017, the track has passed 14 million views on YouTube.
Immanuel or Rich China was awarded the Breakthrough Artist of the Year award in the 4th Indonesian Choice Awards in May 2017. During an interview with XXL, Imanuel announced that he is working on his debut album and is all set to it.
In another interview with The Jakarta Post, he revealed that nowadays he was spending a lot of time in Los Angeles, California and is dedicatedly working on his first album. He released his latest single ‘Glow Like Dat’ through 88rising’s YouTube. Imanuel also announced to set on a nationwide tour named ‘My Party Tour.’
Apart from his own work, Rich Chigga also appeared as a featured artist on MAXXJAMEZ’s single, ‘Turbo Thot 3000’ which also featured Kilmatic Jay, Boy Gwaan, and Parade.
Imanuel presently resides in Los Angeles, California. He, however, doesn’t plan to stay permanently in the U.S. He extended his stay in July 2017.
Rich Chigga, though is very active on his social media accounts, is very secretive about his personal life. It was rumored that he was once in a long distance relationship in 2015. There are not any records of relationship at present.
Imanuel regrets his stage name as it has been the subject of many controversies in that past.
