Steelo Brim is an American show host and a famous TV star.
He gained great popularity by co- hosting a MTV series Ridiculesness which started showing in 2011 and very soon everybody knew who Steelo Brim is.
Early years
He was born on June 5th 1988 in Chicago, Illinois, USA as Sterling Brim. He spent his childhood in the west side of Chicago. It was a rough neighbourhood and Steelo learned some valuable lessons there. As a teenager he had a few roles in TV films and series but the TV show was the thing that gave him great popularity and made him known all over the world.
He grew up in a very religious and conservative family because both of his parents were pastors and were strict. He is learned from his young age to respect other people, no matter the colour of skin, and to be truthfull.

Career development
His first role as an actor was in the year 2000, in a film called “Hardball”. It was an American drama with Keanu Reeves and Diane Lane.
It was a sports drama about baseball and since he was very good at that sport as a kid they invited him to act in the film. He accepted it quickly because even then he knew he wanted to be a star and wanted to make a difference in his neighbourhood.
He moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19 to find work in the field he always loved most: in music.
That is the reason his first jobs were all at radio stations (as a DJ) and about music industry, until he started filming the now legendary show Ridiculosness.
Today he is not only a co-host of the show but he became the creative producer behind it and he makes all the big decisions on topics they will discuss.
He still enjoys music very much and sometimes works as a radio DJ or he is co- hosting some radio show. He often goes nightclubing and since he is famous they ask him to join their DJ and play some music for them.
He played the role of Ulysses Williams in a movie Orange Drive. It was made on 2011 and directed by Mark Lester. It is an eleven minutes long short film about one day in a life of one man on the road with his car.
He joined Rob Dyrdek in his Fantasy Factor and he also gave voice to a cartoon character in Wild Grinders on NickToons. He did that for only one season for 27 episodes but showed he is really talented for that kind of work.
Steelo has developed his own sketch comedy show called “The Steelo Show”, and he is doing it with the cast of Rob Dyrdek “Fantasy Factory”.
His show is also a success and it seems to be that Steelo is going only up.
Personal life
He hides his personal life very much and he never talks about who is he dating and how he feels about that person.
In 2015 he was accused of sexual assult on a porn star Mary Jean when they took a ride arround the city. Mary Jean originates from Bronx.
Some gossips tell that he hides his love life because he is gay and that is the reason why he doesn’t go out with his girlfriends.
One of his closest friends is Michael B. Jordan, an American actor known for a hit film Fruitvale station.
They are friends since Steelo was arround 12 years old.
Fruitvale is a movie directed by Ryan Coogler, about racial problems and how black people are often considered criminals before they even do anything wrong. He was very engaged about advertising this movie not only because of his friend but because he was sure the story must be heard.
He is very engaged on the social networks, especially Twitter and Instagram.
He often helps people with advices about relationship so they gave him a nickname Dr.Thrill ( in regards to Dr. Phil).
