Brooke Hogan is an American singer and an actress. She is pro wrestler Hulk Hogan’s daughter. Also is known by nicknames Brookie and Brooktini.
Early years
She was born in Tampa in Florida in United States on the 5th of May 1988.
Her surname is worldwide known because of her famous father, a professional wrestler Hulk Hogan ( real name Terry Gene Bollea ). She is his oldest daughter of him and his wife Linda. She has a younger brother Nick.
Her ancestors came all over the world, mostly Europe: Italy, Germany, Sweden, France and more.
Brooke gratuated from Clearwater Central Catholic High School and we can surely say that her highschool years were all about dancing: dancing classes, learning to play the piano and learn gymnastics. She also sang in choir.
She was a cheerleader, which is not surprising because of her gymnastics. She was interested in music since she was a child and decide to pursue that career.
Her family had their own original TV reality show “Hogan knows best” from 2005 to 2007.
Career development
At the age of 15 she signed her first modelling contract and a few years later she started getting musical gigs, like singing at the concert openings for Hillary Duff in 2004 and the Backstreet Boys.
In 2004 her first single “Everything to me” came out and because of it’s success Brooke decided to continue with her music career.
In the period the show “Hogan knows best” was filmed she was trying to record her own first album. That debut album was released in 2006 and was quite a success. The name of the album is “Undiscovered” and the album made a lot of hit singles.
Her second album, from 2009 called The Redemption wasn’t a success and it hasn’t made out not one hit song.
From 2008 to 2009 she had her own TV show “Brooke knows best” because the personal problems of her family made her father loose his own show.
She starred in a several low budget films: 2-headed shark attck, Little Hercules and a lot more, but the only one remembered was “L.A. Slasher”.
In 2015 she acted in a film L.A. Slasher with Mischa Barton and Eric Roberts. It was a horror comedy film with little success.
Personal life
She dated Phil Costa, an American football player for the Dallas cowboys, and they even got engaged. Before Phil, she was connected with Colby O’Donis (an American singer) ,Tom Stacks (also a singer) and Jonathan Prater ( an actor from “Footloose” ).
She is very devoted to her family so after her father was accused of racial comments in 2006 and fired by WWE, Brooke made a poem for her father stating he is a very good persin and that everybody makes mistakes.
She was also very supportive for her brother Nick who was involved in a car accident that caused his passenger John Graziano to be in a vegetative state. He was only 17 years old when that happened but he had to serve 8 months prison sentence and pay medical expenses for the victim.
Hulk Hogan have been accused of being in an incest relationship with Brooke many times, but they always laughed at it on the social medias.
After she made naked pictures for PETA she answered her haters on the media saying them to find their own life and to leave her and her father alone. It was her answer to their incest accusation she repeatedly gets.
Her mother Linda filed for divorce in 2008 ( after their son had an accident ) and her father Hulk remarried to Jennifer McDaniel in 2010.
Her new stepmother also had problems with her father after a sex tape of him and another woman was relesed in 2012, but she forgave him because the tape dated back in 2008 when they only started dating.
Philantropic work
Brooke Hogan loves surfing so she connected with the charity Street Surf to help teach Miami kids to surf. She is often on Miami beaches sunbathing and riding waves.
Since Brooke is a vegeterian she had no problem in making naked photos for animal rights charity PETA.
She supports all charity causes connectinf female diseases, so every year she is at the charity event connected to Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance.
She attended the mothers2mothers Charity Event on Los Angeles in 2011, although she hasn’t got any kids yet, but wishes it soon.
She likes to be shown on media, and she use social platforms like Twitter and instagram very often, putting her selfies there.
