Jabbawockeez are best known for being the winner of the first season of America’s Best Dance Crew.
The initial members of the groups were Kevin “KB” Brewer, Phil Tayag, and Joe Larot and was named as “3 Muskee” but later in the year 2004, their team further included Ben Chung, Chris Gatdula, Rynan Paguio and Jeff Nguyen.
Tony Tran was the last member of the crew who joined around 2013.
In several interviews, when asked about whom their group leader was, they have always said that they work as a collective unit and that no one leads the other.
They were formed in the year 2003 and when they got the opportunity of appearing in the first season of America’s Best Dance Crew, they readily grabbed it and later on won the show and won a whooping prize money of $100,000 cash and that was what let them to popularity and recognition all over the United States.
They started their tour and gained a lot of money from their Australian Tour back in 2009 and following the fame and popularity, they even started making appearances in several Las Vegas shows.
Their first and own life stage show that they performed was known as M.U.S.I.C.
The team members of the Jabbawockeez have changed throughout the passing years.
Some have left the group while some new people have joined the team as well.
In 2015, they were scheduled to make an appearance on Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights.
Their white masks are what distinguishes them from the entire crowd and makes them stand out.
They have been nominated for several awards and have even won some. They were the first ever dance crew who won the Living Legend of Hip Hop Award.
