Lil Uzi Vert is an American hip-hop performer who currently lives in Philadelphia.
Life:
Lil Uzi Vert was born Symere Woods on 31st July 1994 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Not much is known about his life but he was always passionate about music, and he is a huge fan of Marilyn Manson.
He claims him to be the inspiration behind his knack in music, and he admires Manson because of his will to change the music industry. Lil Uzi Vert also wants to change the usual rap scene in the industry, and he is looking to create something totally unique.

Don Cannon was the first one to notice Uzi Vert’s unique talent in a radio show hosted by DJ Diamond Kuts. Uzi is currently signed to Atlantic Records and Generation Now. Uzi was first noticed by a lot of people when he got a feature in Carnage’s single “WDYW” also featuring Rich The Kid and ASAP Ferg which was released in 2015.
He got attention by releasing the track ‘Dej Loaf’ in 2015 which he dedicated to a Detroit Vocalist who has that name. Uzi Vert’s Luv is Rage third mixtape released in December 2015 got quite good reviews, and it had guests like Young Thug and Wiz Khalifa.
In April 2016, he released Lil Uzi Vert vs. the World, his fourth mixtape, and it was produced by Metro Boomin, Don Cannon, M-TRAX, Smatt Sertified WondaGurl, and more and the cover was specially designed by Fvrris. He became a part of XXL Freshman of the year 2016. He released The Perfect Luv Tape his fifth mixtape on his 22nd birthday, and it featured artists like Future.
On 2016 he also did a collaboration with the group ‘Migos’ on the single ‘Bad and Boujee,’ and it became so popular that it reached the top position on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. Recently in 2017 Uzi has released a single called ‘XO TOUR Llif3’ which is a part of his EP Luv is Rage 1.5. It reaches number 7 in US Billboard for Hot 100.
Uzi has a successful YouTube channel with about 1.9 million subscribers, and most of his videos have around 2 million views. But music videos like ‘Do what I want’ and ‘Ps & Qs’ have over 20 million views. So, YouTube is a great place where he earns his money. He also has a successful Instagram page with over 4 million followers who eagerly wait for his updates. He often does promotions and endorsements which also bring him money. He is also performing at lots of places and working on making himself known amongst people.

Uzi had a long-time girlfriend Brittany Byrd, but they broke up in 2016 without citing any reason. His life isn’t much known to his fans, and he doesn’t like to share much about it on social media either. So, yes he is not active on social media either.
