Born on March 13, 1986 in England, Ben was raised in London, United Kingdom where he had joined the British Flat Water Kayak Team for nearly a decade. While being a member of the team, he won the junior as well as senior Marathon World Championships.
Brown has also won many World Cup prizes. He became Britain’s first ever Junior Men Marathon World Champion in year 2003.
In year 2010, Brown had a fantastic winters training during his stay in Australia, St. Moritz cross country skiing and south Spain for 6 weeks duration. Ben was undefeated throughout the year, and won National marathon Championships, both marathon World Cups and hence becoming a Marathon World Champion, Britain’s first since Ivan Lawler, who won it in year 1999.
It was year 2011 Ben became a self funded athlete, without lottery funding through the sprint program. Ben was undefeated nationally and also won the World Cup in Rome. Even if he was ill for the World Championships in Singapore, he managed a 12th rank.
It was after Singapore that Ben decided to take a break from his athletic career and thereafter he spent a year for developing his career in photography and videography. He has collaborated with fellow YouTuber Louis Cole and is currently focusing on his YouTube channel. He uploads his vlogs regularly there and has already achieved astonishing 78 million views.
